Privacy Policy
Right Hand Man AI ("we", "us") is a service of Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC. It gives small trucking companies a back-office assistant, "Rhett", who works by text message. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, USDOT number, the number of trucks you run, and your plan.
- Public carrier records: your company's information from the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) public database, such as legal name, address, MC number, power units and MCS-150 filing date.
- Business details you tell Rhett: truck unit numbers and plates, inspection dates, driver names with CDL, medical card and hazmat training or endorsement dates, insurance and registration dates, and how you invoice (factoring company, remit-to address, payment terms).
- Documents you send: photos and files such as bills of lading, rate confirmations and Safety Data Sheets, and the paperwork we prepare from them.
- Messages: the text messages between you and Rhett.
- Consent records: when you agreed to receive text messages, the exact wording you agreed to, and the IP address it came from.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To run the service: build and keep your compliance calendar, send deadline reminders, answer your questions, and prepare invoices and shipping paperwork you ask for.
- To bill your subscription.
- To keep records of your consent and opt-out choices, as the law requires.
- To fix problems and improve the service.
A person at Right Hand Man reviews messages and documents before they are sent to you or to anyone on your behalf.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as needed for that work:
- Twilio: sends and receives text messages.
- Postmark: sends email.
- Stripe: processes payments.
- Anthropic: provides the AI that reads your messages and documents and drafts Rhett's replies.
- Amazon Web Services: stores your documents.
- Render: hosts the service and its database.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Text messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the providers above who deliver the messages.

Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, tax or billing records. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, email RhettBOS@rhmtransport.com.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, documents are stored encrypted, and access is limited to the people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you by text or email if the change is significant.
