The program
Right Hand Man AI, a service of Right Hand Man Enterprises, LLC, sends text messages from our assistant, "Rhett", to trucking company owners and office staff who sign up for the service. Messages cover your account setup, compliance deadline reminders (such as DOT, IFTA, UCR, insurance and driver medical card dates), replies to your questions, invoices, and links to paperwork you asked for. A person reviews messages before they are sent.
How you opt in
You opt in on our signup page at ai.rhmtransport.com by entering your mobile number and checking the box that says you agree to receive text messages from Right Hand Man AI. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account and your deadlines. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop
Text STOP to the number Rhett texts you from at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Other words that work: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT. To start again, text START.
Rhett works by text, so stopping texts stops most of the service. Your subscription and billing continue until you cancel the account.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
